By accessing or using Boyot's Service, you ("User," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

Boyot provides a SaaS platform designed to streamline property management processes, including:

• Tenant management

• Communication and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Reporting and analytics for real estate businesses

Service Availability: While Boyot strives to maintain 24/7 availability, the Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will notify users of any extended downtime when possible.

4. User Account

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• License: Boyot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.
• User Content: By uploading or submitting content to the Service, you grant Boyot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Boyot respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boyot disclaims all liability for any damages arising from:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided through the Service.
• Any third-party interactions, including tenant or vendor disputes.

In no event shall Boyot’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boyot, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Service in an unlawful manner.
• Any content you submit to the Service.

11. Termination and Suspension

Boyot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• Your subscription is canceled or expired.

You may terminate your subscription by following the cancellation instructions in your account settings. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and remove any Boyot software or content from your devices.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt under the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Boyot regarding the use of the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: The failure of Boyot to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
